We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/ Account Manager who has super human organisational skills, excellent client relationship skills and great attention to detail.
Who you are:
As an exceptionally dynamic and passionate person both professionally and personally you will be at the forefront of client service, developing existing client business and delivering employment marketing communications solutions through various media platforms including press, online, direct and digital.
You will have had prior experience in handling projects in the employment recruitment advertising, marketing and branding sector. These skills may have been developed, as an in-house employer-branding manager for an organisation or with an agency and providing our clients with creative and innovative campaigns will drive your passion. Through these campaigns you will develop strong and personal relationships with clients, suppliers and our in house team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about employer branding, coupled with exceptional selling skills who can represent our brand and business across a range of employment sectors and industries.
Your skills are:
You will be working in a young and fun team and will be required to display strong leadership skills along with showing your strong social and interpersonal skills – it’s important to have a great sense of humour!
Your selling and negotiating skills will be strategic and analytic with a consultancy approach to service delivery.
You will have thorough knowledge of how major advertisers generate AND monitor their results on the web and extensive experience of performance based marketing.
Your comprehensive knowledge of pricing metrics will further set you ahead in your ability to set budgets, measure expectations and deliver results on all campaigns you work on.
